The Pavilion


Located on an equestrian boarding facility in the heart of Jupiter Farms - we are the area’s newest ranch-style Wedding Venue. While we are still officially under construction with a launch date set for early December 2023, we are open now for tours and booking!

The Pavilion at Jupiter Farms offers a unique venue layout and features three gorgeous open-air event spaces that are spread over our 5-acre private property. The newly constructed pavilion (which will be painted all white) can accommodate anywhere from 100 to 250 guests, and offers plenty of room for dinner and dancing. The pavilion then flows right into The Garden, an open space surrounded by rustic fencing and natural hedges for privacy. The Garden is best used for cocktail hour, and will also have long overhead strands of string lighting to set the mood - when the sun sets this space is absolutely breathtaking. Finally, your ceremony can be held under our signature Grand Oak Tree, which is located just a few steps away from the entrance to The Garden. The orientation of the Oak Tree allows for beams of sunlight to shine through during golden hour, making for some amazing photos.

When your guests first arrive they can explore the property taking in views of our sprawling paddocks and horse stable. During cocktail hour guests can interact with our personality filled mini-goats (their names are Bambi, Daisy, Poppy, and Pepper), or they can take photos of Wasabi (the property’s main horse) who might be out grazing in the field. After the ceremony we also allow the bride and groom to take a few photos with Wasabi, giving you a unique addition to your wedding photos.

Services

  • Dedicated Event Manager - Your Event Manager will help you with details leading up to your event. They will create a timeline, put together a floor plan, can suggest vendors, and will help answer any questions you may have. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to planning a wedding, it is always helpful to have someone looking out for you.

  • Two Day-of Property Managers - On the day of your event you will have two site managers floating around the property making sure all is in order. They are there to answer questions, move applicable items, and to ensure everyone is safe and having a good time.

  • Set Up & Breakdown Crew - The morning of your event our setup crew will set up the tables, chairs, and linens according to the floor plan you created. Then at the end of the night they will handle all of the breakdown (that’s the last thing you’ll want to do).

  • Cleanup Crew - At the end of your event our cleanup crew will come out and handle the post-event cleanup. They will also take all trash bags to the dumpster so you and your guests don’t have to lift a finger.
